Our mission is to preserve our culture and heritage through healthy, sustainable food. In so doing we want to empower people who have been excluded from the mainstream economy by providing employment and skills that will help them be independent entrepreneurs. We will achieve this by training people in food preparation, cooking skills, Agro processing and then utilize their acquired skills to service Ujuspice and its clients.
